CIPD Level 7 Advanced Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 qualifications are the advanced level of the Human Resources and Learning & Development courses awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. They sit on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) at Level 7 and are therefore equivalent to Postgraduate Level. The level 7 is the highest level qualification offered by CIPD providing the pathway to Chartered Membership (Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow).
Further developing your HR/L&D knowledge and expertise, these courses are ideal for anyone:
- responsible for HR decision making within an organisation at an operational, tactical or more strategic level
- with responsibility for the HR function and activities within an organisation, including HR development
- working as an independent or employed HRM/HRD consultant, supporting organisations in meeting their goals

What is the difference between the CIPD Level 7 Certificate and the CIPD Level 7 Diploma?
The Level 7 Advanced Certificate is a popular medium scope qualification which covers essential subject areas. However, the most comprehensive qualification covering the most units at this level is the Level 7 Diploma. The diploma covers more subjects and therefore widens and deepens your knowledge of Human Resources.
