The Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills qualification builds on and broadens the team skills you already have. You'll have a choice of a wide range of units so you can pick the topics most relevant to your needs.

To achieve the ILM Level 2 Certificate Leadership and Team Skills, you need a total of 13 credits. You'll get these by studying a combination of courses which are worth either 1 or 2 credits.

While you don't need any formal qualifications to enrol on this course, you should be a practicing or potential team leader with two years full-time (or three years part-time) work experience.
You must be 18 or over.
