The Level 5 Award a short, concise course which is less comprehensive than the Certificate, so it's perfect for those who want to gain key senior management skills and an accredited qualification in a short space of time.
You don't need any formal qualifications to enrol on this course, but you should have at least two years full-time or three-years part time work experience.

Once you've completed the ILM Level 5 Award, you're perfectly poised to move on to the full ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. While the Award gives you the key skills you need to be an effective senior manager, the Certificate contains more units and will give you a more comprehensive range of managerial knowledge.
The credits you've gained for the Award will count towards the credits needed for the Certificate, so you'll already be part of the way there if you decide to continue your learning.

We usually hold one a week, and you can attend any one that suits you.
