To achieve the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management you will need to achieve 4 credits from the choice of units below.

Understanding Customer Service standards & requirements (8600-306) 2 Credits
Managing Workplace Projects (8600-320) 2 Credits
Planning and Allocating Work (8600-303) 2 Credits
While you don't need any formal qualifications to enrol in this course, you should be a practising or potential first line manager with two years' full-time (or three years' part-time) work experience, and a background which will enable you to benefit from the course. You must be aged 18 or over.
If you're currently working in or seeking a first line management position, this valuable qualification will enhance your prospects of employment or advancement, and eventually lead to better paid roles and a more lucrative career.
On completion, you'll receive the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
There are two assessments for you to complete, one at the end of each unit. Assessments take the form of written work-based tasks.
