Annabelle wanted to advance her career in HR, so she took on a CIPD Level 7 qualification with us and has loved the experience! Learn more below.
I’m currently working as a UK HR Business Partner for Brady Corporation, and I’m studying the CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
I chose to study the Level 7 qualification in order to progress my knowledge and career in HR further. I have worked in HR for 15 years and aspire to take on a more senior role in the future.
I chose to study with ICS Learn because after studying for my Level 5 qualification with ICS Learn, I know how flexible the study method is but also how well supported I was by the course content.
I have three young children and work full-time in a demanding role, so being able to study at home (or whilst waiting for my daughter at her ballet lesson!) at a time that is convenient for me is really important.
I have found home learning even easier than when I completed my Level 5, as this time all of the content is online so all I need to have with me is my laptop or iPad and I can study anywhere.
I am really enjoying my course, the content is really in-depth with lots of supporting documents so I am not struggling to understand the concepts and they are presented in a way that makes it enjoyable to learn.
I have already received feedback at work as to how studying for the qualification has improved my knowledge, and I feel much more confident when approaching HR issues since I started my Level 7 qualification.
I am really looking forward to completing the remaining modules of my course, with a view to progressing in my career in the future. I would recommend ICS Learn to any student looking to study a new qualification – it’s a very flexible and enjoyable way to learn.
