Accountancy
04 November 2022 - 1 min read
I originally started AAT back in 2015 as an accounts apprentice. After achieving my level 2 and 3, I decided to take a break from education in order to focus on
gaining experience in a workplace environment. I have now returned to study my AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accountancy.
I have chosen to get back into my studies after recently having my first child. I have now decided it is time to push myself and set an example for them that anything is possible if you work at it.
I chose ICS for my studies after reading a number of reviews online and was particularly impressed with the above average pass rate specifically for AAT qualifications.
I have chosen to study from home as this best suits my lifestyle. I am working 42 hours per week and I am allowed to use some of these hours to study.
Going forwards my aim is to become the company accountant and achieving my professional diploma will be another step closer to achieving my goal. After becoming a company accountant I would like to become involved in the running of the company. I learn daily about what goes on with the running of a company and I believe it will be of great benefit going forward.
