I currently work as a Regional Manager for a hospitality company in Glasgow. As part of my role, my boss asked if I would like to look into completing an HR course with the view to becoming the HR representative for the company.
The opportunity to increase my skill set really appealed to me and I began to look into courses. ICS Learn was immediately the obvious choice.

Initially, I had some reservations about undertaking an online learning course as all of my previous education had been delivered in a traditional, face-to-face style.
I was worried about there being a lack of structure and whether I would be able to maintain the discipline required to achieve the qualification. However, from the start, all of my worries were eased as I worked my way through the induction sections of the course.
The Student Handbook, Induction webinar and Study Plan tools supplied by ICS Learn helped me to plan out my time and learning in a structured way that best suited my lifestyle. The course material was easy to follow and the guidance given by the tutors in the online classrooms provided one-to-one support of that in a face-to-face environment.
The Student Service Advisors were always on hand to answer any questions I had and throughout the whole experience, I felt well guided and supported.
