Joanne was able to fit her study around her energetic family life by studying a fully online CIPD Level 5 Diploma. Discover her story here.
Having worked in Recruitment Management for several years I was keen to enhance my capability and knowledge and study CIPD Level 5 Diploma. I researched many providers of this course and I was really impressed with my dealings with ICS Learn.
I have not studied for a number of years, so I was a little apprehensive about signing up and wasn’t sure about distant learning.

Thirdly, a key selling point for me was the flexibility as I work full time and have a very energetic 2-year-old, so I did not want to be tied to specific assessment dates.

Another great function is the student Webchat for any quick queries they do respond within minutes. The online student portal is very easy to navigate and learning content is excellent. Lots of resource material and advice.
This qualification will allow me to provide a superior and educated service to my external partners and in the future help me to secure a Recruitment Partner position. I would have no hesitation in recommending ICS Learn to friends, family and colleagues. My experience has been fantastic!
