Ilona found that studying a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management online allowed her to balance work and family life.
I’m a full-time working mum of 2 (6 and 4 years old) and while my boys becoming more and more independent I have noticed I can find a bit of a spare time. I think there is no better use of your free time than investing it into your education.
I’m an Operations Manager and was always interested in HR side of looking at the things so decided to develop my passion for the HR.
The first unit of the course has already helped me to understand the difference in analysing problems from the perspective of the business manager in contrary to the HR representatives. After 2 weeks of absorbing the material I have already felt much more confident in resolving the managerial issues and creating new management strategies.
