The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management is the most comprehensive and advanced HR qualification offered by CIPD. It's replaced their flagship CIPD Professional Development Scheme and is equivalent to a Master's degree.
This fully online course, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is perfect if you're in an HR management role and want to formalise and build on your experience and knowledge, or if you're responsible for HR activities and planning and need the specialist skills to excel in your role.

You’ll be assigned an expert academic tutor who'll be with you from enrolment to graduation. Their support is unlimited and you can contact them by phone, email or via the Student Community. There are two CIPD-set exams, with the remaining assessments being via a skills portfolio, a management research report and written assignments.
