The class will be delivered by Carol Margerrison and Debbie Franch. They’re both Chartered Members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and they specialise in teaching CIPD HR and L&D courses.

Carol has been an HR trainer and lecturer for 25 years and Debbie has 12 years of experience working in operational and strategic HR.


The content for this masterclass was designed and written by Kathy Daniels. She has been an employment law consultant for more than 20 years, and she writes and teaches extensively for ICS Learn, CIPD, and a variety of law firms. Her employment law textbook is in its fifth edition.

She is currently the Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor at Aston University and an ICS Learn CIPD tutor.
