CIPD Student Stories: Yozlem | CIPD Level 3 Diploma Review

Yozlem Dzhavit chose to study her CIPD Level 3 Diploma with us online to earn the education she needed to start her career in the HR industry. 

I’ve been working as a Customer Service Guest Specialist at Booking.com since 2015. From the beginning of my career, I have developed a passion for HR and have always strived to develop myself in the field.

I started my journey with ICS Learn on Nov 2018, and I’m currently studying for my CIPD Level 3 Diploma.

The reason why I chose to look into ICS Learn was because of my friend's referral. She had completed her CIPD Level 5 Diploma with ICS learn and she had great things to say about the whole process.

I ended up having a quick chat with one of the course advisors on the phone. I still remember his name (Ciaran), and he was so helpful and gave me all the necessary information that I needed before making my decision.

I initially spoke with other online learning companies too, but after dealing with ICS Learn and their helpful staff, I felt that they were the right choice for me.

They don’t try to push you into registering, they simply do their best in making sure you’re choosing a course that best suits you.  

The enrolling process was fast and easy, I immediately had access to the system and my courses.

The online courses and the course materials are very straightforward which makes it easy to pass the assignments. The tutors are also helpful and accessible whenever you have a question or concern.

I have a total of eight modules and I’ve already finished half of them! Once I finish the course, I believe that my qualification will provide more opportunities for me to progress into a career in HR – either in my current company or somewhere else.

I’m so happy with ICS Learn as a course provider that I even recommended them to one of my colleagues who started her learning journey with them last month!

I will definitely continue to recommend ICS Learn to my colleagues and friends who have a passion for HR, and those who want to develop their careers.
