Mark enjoyed studying his CIPD Level 3 HR qualification with us so much, that he moved on to study his CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications online with us too! Find out more about his story below.
I currently work as HR Manager for TOMY UK, leading on delivering the people strategy across three main offices, two in the UK and one in France.
I initially studied the CIPD Level 3 HR qualification with ICS Learn to help propel me into an HR role about four years ago.

Since then I have moved through to complete the Level 5 HR qualification and have now started study the CIPD Level 7 Diploma.
These qualifications have enabled me to progress from an HR Administrator to HR Advisor and now recently moving into a management role.
Without these qualifications, I would not have been able to take on the opportunities that have presented themselves to me.
