CIPD Student Stories: Lydia Beavington | CIPD Level 3 Review

Lydia had some exposure to HR in her current job role, however, her interest grew and she decided she'd like to learn more and take on a CIPD qualification. Discover more about her story below. 

My background is in Finance and Office Management and I’ve worked alongside HR at various points of my career which has given me an interest in the broader aspects of HR and the role it plays in the wider working environment. This is what lead me to study an online CIPD Level 3 qualification. 

I studied for an ICS Learn Diploma in Business Management many years ago, so they were the first place I looked once I had decided to do another distance learning course.
