CIPD Student Stories: Laura | CIPD Level 3 Diploma Review

Laura Palubinskaite chose to study her CIPD Level 3 Diploma with us online to earn the qualifications she needed to advance her career in the HR field.

I’ve recently completed my CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management and currently work as a Spa Duty Manager.

I came across ICS Learn when I did my second year at university, which included the Human Resource Management module.

I decided that I wanted to significantly increase my knowledge of HR beyond the HRM module in my program, but since I was already studying at university, I needed to find something online that could offer more flexibility.

My university tutor suggested I have a look at ICS Learn, and after careful reading and a chat with my school’s Student Services, I decided to enrol.

The fact that you can study online at your own pace with full support from tutors and other students is great.

Another real benefit was that I was able to spread the cost of the course, which genuinely took a lot of stress away.

After receiving my course materials, I started reviewing and was pleasantly surprised that there are online webinars and recorded classes, making it easy to learn around a job and other commitments.  

If I was struggling with any topic I would simply email or request a call with a tutor to have my questions answered.

The tutors were so helpful and committed that they responded within hours! It was so good to know that they were always ready and willing to help.

I finished my Level 3 Diploma in less than one year and looking back I feel so thankful that I took this course.

As I was looking for a job, I came across many employers that require candidates to study or have a CIPD qualification, which was further proof that this diploma puts me in a great position.  

I am strongly considering doing the CIPD Level 5 qualification this year, which I hope will benefit me even more.

I would definitely recommend studying with ICS Learn for many reasons. They’re affordable, provide extremely helpful tutors, and offer unmatched flexibility.  

My only complaint is that I wish I knew about ICS Learn and the benefits of a CIPD qualification sooner!
