CIPD Student Stories: Faye | CIPD Level 3 Diploma Review

Faye Savar chose to study her CIPD Level 3 Diploma with us online to gain the qualification she needed to advance her career in the HR industry. 

I chose to study the CIPD Level 3 HR Diploma with ICS Learn as I really wanted a career in HR.

I had previous experience in working in an HR environment, however, I had no qualifications and felt it was very important to add to my credentials. 

So, I looked into an online course and found ICS Learn. 

I can choose when to study (which I love), plus I’m not a very confident person, so if I had to study in a classroom in college, for example, I know I wouldn’t have been comfortable.

With online learning, you can go through your work at your own pace and not have to keep up with other class members. This was an important factor for me knowing I could go over things when and as I wanted.

One thing that stood out for me with ICS Learn was knowing that tutors were on hand should I need any help.

I have contacted them several times throughout my course and they have actually encouraged me to do this. The support they give is brilliant and very reassuring.

I am two thirds through my course now and thanks to ICS Learn, I managed to get my current job as an HR Administrator.

I can’t believe the number of people, be it employers, friends, or family who were impressed with ICS Learn, saying they wished they’d have had this opportunity to study from home.  

I know that even though I had experience working in HR, I would have never been offered an HR position at my current level if it were not for the CIPD HR course.

I would most certainly recommend ICS Learn. It fits in with your life, the support is great, and best of all you will gain a highly respected qualification.
