My name is Claire and I'm the Group HR Manager for a successful car supermarket.  I have 7 years experience within Human Resources and gained my Level 3 CIPD in college 7 years ago. 

I've enjoyed a successful time within the Human resources sector, and to further my career and professional development I decided to study for my Level 7 CIPD Diploma with ICS Learn. 

I spoke with a few of my colleagues who had also studied with ICS Learn, and they recommended the courses, and navigated through the website with me before I decided to sign up. 

I have a very busy work and home life, including a house move and a new baby.

ICS Learn enables me to learn at my own pace, at a time which is convenient to me.

I was slightly nervous at the thought of learning again after such a long time, but I spend a lot of time reading for my job, so those nerves soon disappeared. 

The website is easy to navigate and contains all relevant information and links to support my studies.

The resources and online books and links are a fantastic tool, saving time on trying to find, and purchase books to assist in your studies.  I'd recommend ICS to anyone wanting to gain a long distance qualification. 

You need to be motivated to want to complete a long distance course, as you don't have a tutor setting you deadlines or chasing you for work.
