AAT Student Stories: Lauren | AAT Level 2 and 3 Review

Lauren planned to start a brand new career in accounting and finance, so she decided to study an AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting and AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Here's how she got on.

My name is Lauren Somers and I have just enrolled on the AAT level 3 course, after completing the AAT level 2 back in July, which I also studied with ICS Learn.

I decided to study with ICS Learn as I needed a course that enabled me to study at my own pace, as I work 55 hours a week, and some weeks up to 70 hours!

Some weeks I find it hard to fit in any coursework at all, so I needed a course with no real deadlines as I would find it difficult to meet them.

ICS Learn allows me to do as many, or as little hours per week as I can, as well as offering me the ability to book my own exams which I can sit, and study for, at a time that suits me.

ICS Learn also gives you a fair amount of time to complete the course, and you can work through it as quickly or as slowly as you like, be it 3 months or a year.

What I also love about ICS learn is their reasonable prices and the ability to spread the cost over a period of time. They also sometimes offer course discounts, which I was lucky enough to benefit from on my second course!

I am currently working as a nanny and have worked in childcare for the past 10 years. I plan to embark on a career in accounting and finance in the near future and hope that these courses will help to get my foot in the door.

I found my first course with ICS Learn very easy to manage, the online study was easy to navigate and understand, and the tutor support was always there when I needed it, which is why I decided to study my next course with them too!

I would highly recommend ICS Learn to anyone who wants to study, especially if you are working and think it would be too difficult. If I can do it, anybody can!
