AAT Student Stories: Elliott Blower | AAT Level 2 Certificate Review

Elliott wanted to broaden his knowledge of the financial side of running a business so he decided to take the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting. 

I have been a student with ICS Learn now for a number of months and I am loving it.

Although I am not yet at the end of my course, I am predicting that ICS will be having a large impact in the future of my professional career.

Currently, I am working my way through the AAT Level 2 Foundation Accountancy course. This course will allow me to become a qualified bookkeeper moving forward, with my current background being in event performance/event management.

Although at first, you may think that a course in accountancy is completely irrelevant, I want to improve my knowledge of running a business from all aspects. The majority of my work is self employed and having an understanding of finances within a business is important to me.

Due to the financial issues of 2020, I was incredibly please to hear that ICS Learn would offer a finance option and have broken the payments down into a monthly fee.

I would like to add, for the fee you pay, you get A LOT of content - so it's well worth the money.

Although I am yet to use the course tutor support, it's nice to know that someone is just a message away if I need some help with my studies.

The live seminar features are also great - and if I miss one live, I am able to watch it back whenever is convenient for me.

Once I have completed the course, I am looking to take on the next two courses (Intermediate and advanced) - Because why not?!

The course fees get even more reasonable when you buy more than once course together. After that, I may see what else is available which would aid me in a business setting.

It's great being able to learn from home as I am able to work around a very busy schedule. I can do as little or as much as I like.

I could not recommend ICS enough.
