A Level Student Stories: Sufyan Amjid | A Level Psychology Review

Our A Level Psychology student Sufyan passed his exam with an A and has now been granted a place at university to continue his Psychology studies!

I was unsure as to what I wanted to do as a career choice, but I had a passion for Psychology, so I looked at the A Level course on the ICS Learn website.

I was surprised to see how flexible the courses are - this would allow me to balance my work and study life very well.

It was a difficult course but thankfully I had help, I would like to give recognition to my tutor Jane Eedy for all the support she provided in helping me through this challenging course. I couldn't have done it without her.

When it came to my results, I was so happy to find I had achieved an A, it was an amazing feeling and I felt proud that all my hard work and dedication paid off. It wasn't easy but I still had the help I needed.

I'd like to give a big thank you to all the staff at ICS Learn for helping me on board and choose the right course for me.

Now because I have all the required qualifications, I now have been granted a place at the University of Huddersfield.

I have enrolled in a 3-year graduate course for Psychology with counselling combined. It is a difficult course, but it does have a lot of the topics I’ve learned in my A level in the specification so I should be familiar with it.

From then on, my plans for the future are to become a qualified healthcare psychiatrist, I’d probably be wanting to work for the NHS looking after people, and after I’ve gained enough experience then I will set up my own practice.

As someone who has completed a course with ICS Learn, I am positive that it will be a monumental contribution in furthering my education.
