Annita Kolia, HR Business Partner in a consulting firm, had HR experience and with our CIPD Level 5 qualification she has now improved her theoretical knowledge.

My name is Annita Kolia and I’ve been working as an HR Business Partner in LMW, a Greek HR consulting company, for the last 6 years.

I’ve been with LMW from its first day of operation, thus being exposed to all functions of the company and actively involved in the organisation design and company’s growth.

Through my constantly evolving role, I’ve been performing recruitment for all levels, focusing on IT and senior roles, and I have participated, holding a leading and project management role, in all organisation development consulting projects for Greek companies implemented by LMW.

I proposed CIPD Level 5 Certification to the Managing Director as an effective way to further develop my skills and knowledge range through a well-established Institution.

Given the fact that I’m living in Greece, an online course was the only option and ICS Learn appeared as the most trusted and cost-effective provider for online learning.

Studying online has been of great benefit since my schedule is very tight and I have the flexibility to study at my own pace. The tutor support is very helpful, and I feel I’m learning a lot through these courses.
