Discover how to research competitors in your area and how to establish your unique selling points. Examine the process of researching products, suppliers and venues. Explore public relations, advertising and branding. Examine food and drink catering in-depth.

Explore a wide variety of items and services that clients will or may require, from cakes and photographers to crèches and security. Discover how to effectively negotiate in order to get the best price for an item or service. Examine stationery, such as invitations and place cards, and gift lists.

  • Client Interaction and Traditional and Modern Weddings

Discover how to secure clients and how to interact with them professionally, and learn how to determine their needs. Gain a wide knowledge of both traditional and modern etiquette and fashions, so as to be able to tailor your services to clients’ needs.
