Course Overview

You’ll learn how to plan more complex client itineraries and ticketing procedures.  It fully prepares for the Level II exam which travel agents require you to pass for IATA membership and gain a certificate that is endorsed by British Airways.

You’ll be required to sit an open-book exam once you have completed the coursework material. Exams are held in March, July and November.
