Develop an appreciation of the size of the UK airport industry and its regulatory framework for operation. Focus on developing your communication and customer service skills and how to recognise opportunities to use these skills during a flight. Develop your understanding of the role that air cabin crew play in maintaining the health, safety, security and hygiene of passengers and crew and the cabin environment.
