Course Overview
Explore both general and specific health and safety responsibilities, as well as workplace policy. Discover surveying terminology and equipment. Understand mensuration techniques and other processes used in quantity surveying. Learn the responsibilities of a building surveyor. Study the underpinning mathematics of surveying.
Pre-requisites
You must be over 16 to take this course. You must also be educated to at least GCSE standard D-G or hold an NVQ at level 1, or a GNVQ Foundation Certificate. Additionally, you must have some experience of the construction industry.
