Course Overview
Examine the dynamics of family life and family diversity within a multi-cultural society. Explore the legal frameworks and the different people and organisations involved in providing social care for children & families. Look at issues such as domestic violence, relationship problems, and changes in family life. Gain insight into why children become vulnerable, and appreciate the challenges involved in balancing the needs of children and parents.
Pre-requisites
You must be aged 18 or over to access this course. Basic computing skills are required.
