Understand how psychological principles and approaches can be applied in the coaching situation. Here you’ll explore such factors as goal setting, relaxation, visualisation, self-talk, awareness and control, concentration, confidence, and reward training. Finally, you’ll get the chance apply what you’ve learned to a particular area.
