The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK's largest awarding organisation for qualifications in leadership, management, coaching and enterprise. ILM qualifications are unit based providing a firm grounding in core management skills and specialist management areas like project management.

It works with over 2,500 ILM approved organisations, including private training companies, further and higher education colleges and employers delivering training in-house.
