A degree is awarded by a University and
indicates a very high level of knowledge and understanding of the
relevant subject. We partner with two universities - University of East
London to provide a range of Bachelor of Arts (BA)
degrees and Edinburgh Napier to provide a BSc Nursing (Top-up)
degree. The qualification you will receive is exactly the same as
if you'd attended the university in person.
Chinyere, whose three children are all still at school, completed her BSc nursing course while continuing to work full-time and care for her family. She said: “It was very difficult but my husband and my colleagues encouraged me. I also got a lot of support from my mentors at ICS. When I was struggling, they would say to me, ‘You can do it, come on!’ It took a lot of courage, self-discipline and sacrifice but it was worth it. The day I graduated I was over the moon."
