Gives you the knowledge of PRINCE2TM methodology required to act as an informed member, and valuable asset of a project management team. After an introduction to the method and its basic concepts you’ll master each of the processes, components and techniques which make up the method. Learn the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project.
