Gives you the knowledge of PRINCE2^TM methodology required to act as an informed member, and valuable asset of a project management team.  After an introduction to the method and its basic concepts you’ll master each of the processes, components and techniques which make up the method.  Learn the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project.

Assessment Breakdown

Foundation Exam: 75 multiple choice questions which must be answered within 1 hour. 38 correct answers are needed to pass.

Notes

Each multiple choice question comes with four potential answers. Only one of these answers is correct; the other three are wrong. You must identify the correct answer.
