Examine the main themes and institutions of employment law, focusing particularly on the differences between civil and criminal law, and the UK system of courts and tribunals.
- Individual Employment Rights
Consider the statement of initial employment particulars; contractual terms; mutual duties of the employer and employee; the payment of wages; rights to time off work; Working Time Regulations; and maternity rights.
- Intellectual Property and Confidential Information
