Course Overview
Develop the skills needed in personnel work and gain insight into the personnel department’s role. Develop an awareness of the context of the department’s functions, and the key factors that impact on personnel issues. Establish a platform for further studies in personnel.
Pre-requisites
No previous experience is required to access this course. However, you must be proficient in English language and have access to an HR department, email and internet.

CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice
