CIPD People Resourcing (Generalist Elective)

Demonstrate true professionalism in your HR role.  Learn how to add real value to an organisation through your contribution to the recruitment, selection, deployment, development and retention of people.  After all, it’s the very people themselves who add value to the organisation, both individually and collectively.

Study new approaches which turn traditional thinking about the role and purpose of the PR function on its head.

  • Human Resource Planning
