Competence Development Tool (CDT) for CeMAP®

The IFS Competence Development Tool (CDT) has been specifically designed to help you maintain staff competence under the FSA regime.

The CD ROM (including online access) offers you:

  • A preparation aid developed around the new modular structure for the CeMAP® examinations;
  • Ongoing competence toolkit;
  • Selectable topic testing and variable competence settings, full module tests, unit tests, and knowledge tests, tailored to your development needs;
  • Flexible testing with personalised and detailed feedback on individual knowledge gaps, with the function to download/print the analysis of a completed module or unit mock exam;
  • If questions are answered incorrectly, the analysis provides you with links to relevant sections of the study materials, allowing focused revision of knowledge gaps;
  • Mock exams include a real-time counter to monitor the time, simulating real-life examination conditions;
  • Comprehensive reference and index sources;
  • Stand alone and network/intranet capabilities.
