Course Overview

Discover how to implement, manage and maintain the often complex computing environment of medium and large sized companies operating on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 platform.  Learn how to configure, manage and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.

Pre-requisites

You must have basic PC skills and be familiar with Windows and Windows applications. If you don’t have these skills, we recommend you study our ECDL or PC Basics course first.

Qualification

On completion of two elective exams you will be qualified as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

On completion of the three core exams you will be qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
