Social Science studies can be both fascinating and valuable, learning about people and how they interact in society.

You can select the course you need from a range of ICS distance learning sociology law or philosophy courses and related subjects, such as social care, citizenship, education and community development. Study society and understand what makes it tick, from school to degree level courses, and gain careers and jobs working with people.

To get on to the course of my choice at university I needed to gain the relevant A Levels. I chose ICS because they offered me the flexibility to take things at my own pace and the option to learn from home. Getting my A Levels has now meant that I can study a BSc in Biology at Sheffield University. I recommend ICS because if you’ve left school they offer a great option for getting the right qualifications without going back to the classroom!
