Health and health care affects us all, and careers in health and
social care can be hugely fulfilling. Depending on the health care
jobs you have in mind, the studies can be demanding, but the wide
range of health courses we offer at ICS will fit every level.
Our distance learning health courses will take you from the
basic skills of school-level biology courses, through vocational
qualifications, to nursing degree and health services management
degree. We can also offer First Aid, health and social care, health
education, and public health courses.
A colleague of mine had actually studied with ICS and recommended the top-up course as the perfect stepping stone. I initially planned to complete the course over 18 months however after falling pregnant with my second child, it actually took me two years – but that’s why home study and flexible learning is perfect. It allowed me to manage my career, family life and workload, all with the support of a fantastic tutor who always made herself available at times to suit me.
