Qualifications

BTEC qualifications, awarded by the Edexcel examining body, are a leading vocational route into employment, further or higher education. They offer qualifications at different levels and demonstrate that you have reached a nationally-recognised level of education.

BTEC qualifications are undertaken in vocational subjects ranging from Business to Animal Care. They are entered on the National Qualifications Framework at various levels but a particular difference is that they tend to be based on practical work or coursework rather than timed examinations.
