The Applications of Psychology module is part of the distance learning BA (Hons) Psychology Studies) course.

Applications of Psychology 

This interesting module focuses on the different fields of professional psychology and explains how psychology is applied in practice to real life situations.The first topic covers the different fields of psychology: clinical, educational, forensic, occupational, health and sport. You'll also learn about the role of the British Psychological Society, how the profession and the career structure of psychologists is organised in the UK, and the links between psychological theory and psychological practice.

Assessment

There are a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.

You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Exam venues are located across the UK and exams take place twice a year. Please note that there are additional assessment fees for each module.
