The home study BA (Hons) Psychology Studies and Criminology course allows you to study for a business degree through convenient and cost-effective distance learning. The course is structured in small, manageable modules, to gain an honours degree you need to complete 18 modules.

The Skills for Learning & Psychology module encourages you to consider yourself as a learner and explore how your learning potential can be maximised to aid the achievement of personal objectives. As well as forming part of the home study BA (Hons) Psychology Studies and Criminology course, the Skills for Learning & Psychology module is also available to study on a standalone basis as part of your personal development.

Skills for Learning Psychology and Criminology 

This module encourages you to consider yourself as a learner and explore how your learning potential can be maximised to aid the achievement of personal objectives. The module will provide you with the core skills necessary for the study of psychology and criminology. It will furnish you with the skills to research, analyse and express your own arguments, not only within the fields of psychology and criminology, but also in wider academic disciplines and other contexts.

Assessment

There are a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.

You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Exam venues are located across the UK and exams take place twice a year. Please note that there are additional assessment fees for each module.
