Interpersonal Skills 2 - home study psychology module

Interpersonal Skills 2 is a home study psychology module that makes up a part of an ICS honours degree in the subject.

This psychology module follows on from the first part of Interpersonal Skills. You will learn, via home study, about the dynamics that exist between humans and in groups and how people interact with one another. Examples will come from real case studies as well as real-life experiences of students themselves.

So, if you want to take a home study psychology module and learn in your own time, Interpersonal Skills 2 will allow you to develop the key knowledge required to go on to obtain a full degree.

In this module, you’ll continue to explore conceptual and empirical findings from social psychology – but focusing specifically on those pertinent to interpersonal and group processes. The aim is to combine knowledge of psychology with insights into relationships between people, drawn from counselling and psychotherapy. Students will be encouraged to reflect on personal, real life interactions to examine habitual patterns of behaviour.
