Company Law
The legislation that applies to companies can be complex, and this module allows you to study some of the major topics of this area in depth. You'll look at the concept of corporate personality, the criminal liability of companies, and their constitutional aspects. In addition, you'll examine subjects like the appointment and removal of directors, and their duties and authority – as well as the legislation that's designed to protect minority shareholders.

Assessment
There are a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.
You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Exam venues are located across the UK and exams take place twice a year. Please note that there are additional assessment fees for each module.
