Equity and Trusts
An introduction to the basic principles and remedies of equity and the law of trusts, this module will help you consolidate your skills of legal reasoning. By offering supervised practice in case analysis and problem solving, it will stimulate you to reflect upon the continued evolution of the law of equity and trusts. Ranging from an introduction to trusts and trusts of the family home, to creating trusts and the role of trustees, this module is an excellent grounding in this complex area.

Assessment
There are a number of formative assessments that you complete as part of your studies and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.
You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Summative assessments include coursework, exams or a mix of both. Summative assessments take place twice a year and exam venues are located around the UK. Please note that there are additional summative assessment fees for each module.
