Contract Law 

Contract law governs the legal relationship between those who sell goods and services and those who buy them. This module looks at all the major aspects of this area – so you will study topics such as the formation and terms of contracts, as well as the importance of exemption clauses. You'll also look at problems such as misrepresentation and breach of contract, as well as the appropriate remedies in such situations.

Assessment

There are a number of formative assessments that you complete as part of your studies and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.

You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Summative assessments include coursework, exams or a mix of both. Summative assessments take place twice a year and exam venues are located around the UK. Please note that there are additional summative assessment fees for each module.
