Research Methods in Criminology

This module encourages you to explore the research methods and statistical techniques used in criminology.  This includes looking at constraints such as reliability and validity, ethics, consent and confidentiality.  You’ll study a wide range of topics covering research methods, statistical techniques, and conducting and interpreting experiments.  On completion of the module you’ll be able to interpret results from different kinds of research designs accurately and with confidence.
