Research Methods
This module will introduce you to a critical knowledge and understanding of the role of research in healthcare. You’ll learn the skills required for independent academic research, including review, analysis and self-expression in a chosen field of study. You’ll also discover the personal skills required for managing a moderately large project, which will prepare you for the research project you’ll undertake at level three.

Assessment
There are a number of formative assessments that you complete as part of your study and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.
You’ll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module that determines your final mark.
