This module will look at acquiring, deploying and controlling resources, as well as accurately evaluating them. Some of the main financial topics include resource allocation in the NHS, budgetary control, audit and accountability. But you’ll also look at issues like workforce planning, staff appraisal and employment law.

You’ll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module that determines your final mark.
