The Corporate Strategy module is part of the distance learning BA (Hons) Business Management (Human Resource) course.

The distance learning BA (Hons) Business Management (Human Resource) course allows you to study for a business degree through convenient and cost-effective home study. The course is structured in small, manageable modules, to gain an honours degree you need to complete 18 modules.

Corporate Strategy 

The understanding of strategy-making issues at the corporate level is vital for the development of your career in the business world.In this module you'll learn all about strategy-making in the public sector, virtual organisations and global companies. You'll also discover more about the choices strategists make and the reasoning behind them. These debates focus around key issues such as the choice between responsiveness and synergy, globalisation and localisation, and profitability and responsibility.

Assessment

There are a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.

You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Exam venues are located across the UK and exams take place twice a year. Please note that there are additional additional assessment fees for each module.
