The Study for Business module is part of the distance learning BA (Hons) Business Management (Finance) course.

The distance learning BA (Hons) Business Management (Finance) course allows you to study for a business degree through convenient and cost-effective home study. The course is structured in small, manageable modules, to gain an honours degree you need to complete 18 modules.

The Studying for Business module introduces you to business organisations, business environments and how economic change affects business. As well as forming part of the distance learning BA (Hons) Business Management (Finance) course, the Studying for Business module is also available to study on a standalone basis as part of your personal development.

Studying for Business 

This module is designed to introduce you to business organisations, business environments and how economic change affects businesses. You'll cover everything from public and private sectors to profit and non-profit organisations. You'll also learn just how important changes in the national and global economic systems are to a business.

Assessment

There are a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and forward to your academic tutor for grading and comments.

You'll also take a summative assessment at the end of your module. Exam venues are located across the UK and exams take place twice a year. Please note that there are additional assessment fees for each module.
