Project Planning and Personal Development
With this module you can get to grips with an area in business that you're particularly interested in. Through this module you'll get to select a project topic, devise a research strategy, construct an action plan, research a career choice and write and present a personal progress file.
What does the module cover?
Gain an understanding of the research process. Write a critical self-assessment in relation to the requirements of a particular occupation or job and provide supporting evidence for this evaluation and an appropriate CV. Devise a detailed personal project proposal that incorporates a critical literature review, justification of the research methods to be used and an action plan. Create a personal development plan.

Assessment
You’ll need to complete a project proposal of around 2,000 words, plus a personal assessment of around 2,000 words, both worth 50% of your grade.
